Baste or rub
Add a few teaspoons of Rio Pacific Cajun Blackened Seasoning to butter and use it to baste meat as it’s being cooked. A delicious way to infuse all the flavours of Cajun cooking, with a a medium hot heat from chilli, sweetness from onion and garlic, and aroma from blended herbs. Or rub it straight onto meat and dry roast.
