200 Grams Firm Tofu - Diced (1cm)
50 Grams Rio Pacific Korean BBQ Marinade
1 Tsp Sesame Seeds - Toasted
5 Grams Garlic Puree
1 Small Onion - Red or White Dices
75 ml Water
3 Tbsp Sesame Oil
5 Grams Ginger Puree
2x Pak Choi / Choi Sum - 1/4

A simple Stir Fry but with amazing flavours, ready in minutes

Instructions

Use 1 Tbsp of the Sesame Oil in a wok, over a Moderate High Heat to stir fry the Tofu until it is Golden Brown

Set Aside

In a Wok - use another Tbsp of Sesame Oil, to stry fry the onion and half of the garlic, over a moderate heat until soft.

Add Rio Pacifc Korean BBQ sauce and combine.

Adjust thickness of sauce with a little water if needed.

Add Tofu to this pan and simmer for a couple of minutes

Whilst this simmers, stir fry the rest of the sesame oil, garlic, all the ginger and the Pak Choi

Divide the Pak Choi between dishes and top with the Tofu.

Tip

You can add other vegetables to the Tofu or replace the pak choi with your favourite noodles.
