Another one of our Mop-style glazes, mop into all of your BBQ products towards the end of their cooking and finish on a high heat to give your dishes amazing sticky, finger-licking finish. Cracked pepper gives that amazing maple flavour an added heat. Especially good on pork or bacon but just as nice on chicken and vegetables.
