Rio Pacific Jalapeno Jelly is our own recipe, combining red and green jalapenos in a surprisingly sweet but hot jelly-style relish. Great as a dip with wings, appetisers, but just as good as flavouring in burritos and tacos or with tortillas as a wrap filling.
