Grace Food Corwen

Our Grace Foods Corwen Production Site covers 48,000 sq ft and is based in the beautiful North Wales countryside. For over 25 years, the site has been producing sauces, seasonings, and fortune cookies.

The site manufactures nearly 200 products for the Grace Foods business across the brands Encona, Dunn’s River, Rio Pacific, and Grace, as well as Silk Road fortune cookies (one of only two factories in the UK that produces these). Everything made on site is shipped to the Distribution Centre in Welwyn Garden City and from there it goes out to retailers, wholesalers, and foodservice accounts across the UK, Europe, Asia, and Australia.

The Corwen site is also set up for third-party / contract manufacture and the 10 production lines can fill into pallecons, buckets, glass bottles, squeezy plastic bottles, and plastic pots and sachets. Sauces are blended on site and we can manufacture anything from a hot sauce, a ketchup to a marinade.

We have been a BRC-accredited site for over 15 years and recently achieved BRC AA grading. Our 10 production lines include 2 blending vessels where we manufacture all of our sauces and 4 bottling lines that fill sauces, ketchups, marinades, and chutneys into glass and plastic, including industrial sized buckets and jars. We have 3 powder/seasoning lines that fill dried ingredients, seasonings, and soups into pots and sachets, and, of course, our Fortune Cookie Machine that turns out over 6 million per year!
